Riley Robinson was proudly raised on the west side

of Detroit. She has earned her BFA in Graphic

Design and BAA in Studio Art with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Central Michigan University

in May 2025.

​

Specializing in realistic oil painting and printmaking, Riley uses her art to highlight the richness and depth

of the Black community and culture. Her portraits

serve as a mirror, challenging viewers to see parts of their own stories within each piece and reflect on their own lived experiences, as well as others around them.
